Tobobarkan oo ku saabsan hirgelinta Halbeegyada Caalamiga ah ee xisaabaadka dawladda (IPSAS), waxa si rasmi ah u furay Xisaabiyaha Guud ee Dawladda Mudane Axmed Dauud Geeddi.
Hirgelinta halbeegyada caalamiga ah ee xisaabaadka dawladda waxa looga golleeyahay dardargelinta iyo casriyeynta hannaan xisaabeeddka dawladda si loo helo xogo xisaabeed rasmi ah oo lagu go’aan qaato iyo in la hubiyo daah-furnaanta iyo isla-xisaabtanka isticmaalka iyo maamulka maaliyadda dawladda.
Barnaamijka Dib-u-habaynta Maamulka Maaliyadda Dawladdu waxa uu hiigsanayaa hirgelinta daah-furnaanta iyo isla-xisaabtanka qoondaynta, maamulka iyo tasarrufka maaliyadda dawladda.

Hargeisa, 12 January 2022: The PFM Coordination Unit in partnership with the Office of the Accountant General has organized a two-day training on International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) for key accountants from ministries, departments, and agencies of the Government of Somaliland.
International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) are high-quality standards, guidance, and resources for public sector institutions preparing financial accounts.
Mr. Ahmed Daud Geeddi, the state’s Accountant General, officially opened the two-day training.
The purpose of IPSAS is to improve the quality of financial reporting by government agencies, resulting in better-informed assessments of the government of Somaliland’s resource allocation decisions and, as a result, encouraging transparency and accountability in the use and management of public resources.
The PFM strives to achieve the highest possible efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the allocation, management, and use of public finances to meet the National Development Plan priorities and stimulate economic growth.
